cosmetic-subtree-following-sibling

Cell C22 (ENG-2592). Brave's un-hide walk also visits the matched element's following siblings (content_cosmetic.ts:544-562). #AdColumn holds a third-party image, but its following sibling holds a first-party one, so the subtree reads first-party and Standard un-hides it. The control #AdContainerTop has a third-party image in its sibling too and stays hidden. Rules: ###AdColumn, ###AdContainerTop (EasyList).

Expectations are Brave's verdicts, stated in pages/cosmetic-fixtures.json (ENG-2592); until Brave is measured they are hypotheses. The status line mirrors the Standard expectation.
