Expected: first-party /ads-prebid.js allowed in Standard, surrogate in Aggressive; third-party surrogate in both modes. Record status, Access-Control-Allow-Origin, MIME and body length on both products (Brave answers a synthesized 200 with ACAO *). A build before Networking #214 serves the first-party surrogate in Standard.
Rows, rules and Brave's verdicts are in pages/network-fixtures.json (ENG-2592); until the nightly Brave arm measures them they are hypotheses. The runner grades from CDP, never from this page.
